Privacy Policy

This policy covers jaytrandahl.com and the calls, texts and emails you get from me, Jay Trandahl, a licensed life insurance agent (NPN 22326436) based in Minnesota. It explains what I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.

What I collect

• What you give me when you book a call, fill out a form, call, text or email me: your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, state, and the coverage you ask about.
• What you tell me on a call that I need to compare coverage or help you apply.
• Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Where the law requires it, I tell you at the start of the call.

How I use it

• To answer you and to schedule and hold the calls you ask for, including confirmations and reminders.
• To compare coverage and help you apply with the insurance company you choose.
• To service your policy after you buy.
• To keep the records that insurance law requires.

Who I share it with

• The insurance companies you apply with, so they can quote and process your application.
• The companies that run my phone, text, email and scheduling tools, only so they can do that work for me.
• Government agencies, when the law requires it.

I do not sell your information.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. The full details are in my text message terms.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP at any time.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Calls: tell me to stop calling and I will.
• Your record: ask me what I have on file, or ask me to delete it. I keep only what insurance law requires me to keep.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfect, so I keep only what I need.

Children

This site and my services are for adults 18 and older.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
