These terms cover jaytrandahl.com, the booking page at jaytrandahl.com/book, and the calls, texts and emails you get from me, Jay Trandahl, a licensed life insurance agent (NPN 22326436) based in Corcoran, Minnesota. By using the site, booking a call, or texting me, you agree to them.
1. What this site is
The site tells you what I do and lets you book a phone call with me. It does not sell a policy. Any coverage is applied for with an insurance carrier, on that carrier's own application, and is issued only if the carrier approves it.
2. Quotes and information
Anything I tell you about rates or coverage before a carrier approves an application is an estimate based on what you've told me. The carrier sets the final premium, the benefit and the terms. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of coverage, a rate, or an approval.
3. Booking a call
When you book, you give me your name, email and mobile number so I can call you at the time you picked. You can move or cancel the call from the confirmation, by replying to a text, or by calling (952) 900-4761.
4. Text messages
If you check the text consent box when you book, or send your number through the text box on the home page, I'll text you from (952) 900-4761: confirmations and reminders for your call, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. 5. Your information
How I collect, use and protect what you share with me, including your mobile number, is in the privacy policy. Your mobile number and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
6. Licensing
I hold life insurance licenses in Minnesota (41055158), Texas (3551678), Ohio (1778519), South Carolina (22326436) and Washington (1386131). I can only discuss coverage with residents of states where I am licensed. I am not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency.
7. Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
